Bpytop is an advanced, terminal-based control center for Linux that includes even CPU temps and can even terminate running programs

This is a bit more comprehensive than htop but it also has a few more requirements. Still I do like that it is very full featured and really just any GPU stats not there.
Note for Arch users the app is actually in the AUR so it is a quick install without needing instructions given in article below.
