How much car do you really need? - the tiny Microlino EV hopes to drive future mobility

We may ask, how much car do we really need? A Swiss start-up's answer: The Microlino - electrically powered, inspired by bubble cars from the 1950s. It's a building block for future urban mobility but how useful is it really? According to the automaker: "Imagine a world in which you can fit into any parking spot. With the Microlino you can do just that and more: due to its size it can cross-park and therefore needs only 1/3 of the space of a normal car. "With the door in the front, you simply exit directly onto the sidewalk when cross-parked." Its front bench seats two while it has a claimed 220 litres of boot space at the rear.

Max speed is 90km/h and it can travel 125km (standard or 200km (optional) on a charge.  It will charge within 4 hours using a  house plug or within 1 hour with a  Type 1 4kW charger.  It can seat two people and archives weatherproof travelling.
