Vivaldi Browser version 2.0 stable released with encrypted sync
It's been a long wait but looks like version is finally released today. The key addition is sync is finally available. Other key changes are Resizable Tab Tiling and Floating Web Panels and over 1,500 other improvements since the first version of Vivaldi.
