In South Africa we really struggle to get a good range of traditional shaving supplies. Yes we have one or two artisan stores (BunduBeard is one), and we have River Valley Trading, Mantality, and Sharp Edge, but we have also just lost Digital Barber I see during the lock down.
Beard Boys has a few items of interest, but I always suggest first deciding on what you are looking for, and never just go on what's available. If all avenues or dead ends then sometimes you just need to bite the bullet and import yourself as I've had to do on quite a few occasions.
Decent double edge or straight razors last a lifetime or more so try to buy the best you can first time around.
