This video shows step by step how to customize KDE Plasma Desktop Look Aesthetic. The example uses Manjaro Linux but will also work on other Linux Distributions which use KDE Plasma Desktop such as KDE Neon, Kubuntu, OpenSUSE, KaOS, Netrunner, Chakra, Debian KDE flavor, Fedora KDE Spin, Arch with KDE plasma.
As folks are usually either pro or against docks you could also just leave out the Latte dock bit if you wish. Just illustrates again to me how configurable KDE is for its appearance and behaviour.
