Although Linux users don't need to defrag drives or a clean a registry etc there are some good times for advanced cleaning and maintenance that you could follow. I also like that TmeShift is also covered in this video for rolling back system files if you're like me and make a habit of installing bleeding edge drivers and updates (I've not had to use it yet, but always good to know you have automated backups).
