I'm guilty of this too.... pressing my up arrow button 50 times to find a command I used yesterday because I'm too lazy to learn an extra command or two sometimes. I'm trying to get into the habit of adding one extra trick to my arsenal at a time, even if it means adding it to the paper covering my webcam.
