This short (yes only 3 minutes) video shows the temperature color automatically changing between red and green depending on whether the temperature value is above or below a certain threshold. In this case I set it to 55 just for illustrative purposes but you could make that 75 or any other value.
I made the video because I was quite surprised not to find a simple code snippet how to change the color of temperature displayed in Conky. It was going to be expanded to a nested IF statement, which is why the second condition is there, but that can be shortened to act as an ELSE condition (to build an orange color in is going to be a messy nesting as Conky only has rudimentary condition statements).
