I thought it apt to post about this particular article as my eye was drawn to another post made this week and published in two newspapers listing 'The 10 best wet shave razors for men' and very sad to say they listed 9 cartridge razors and one straight razor. I actually wrote to the editor of one newspaper pointing this out and suggesting actually that a Merkur 34C should have at least made the list for it to appear realistic. And here below is indeed an article pointing this out. The Merkur 34C is not the "best" razor but it is one of the most popular safety razors and one with which you really can't go wrong with. It's always my first option to suggest to any beginner to wet shaving.
