Elon Musk's spacefaring Tesla Roadster finishes its first trip around the sun

The Tesla Roadster that SpaceX sent into outer space in Feb. 2018 has now completed one full orbit around the sun. The distance "driven" amounts to roughly 762 million miles which, according to Where Is Roadster? means the car's 36,000-mile warranty has been exceeded more than 21,000 times.

Good luck getting that thing serviced, Starman.

If the battery was still working, Starman has listened to Space Oddity 151,859 times since he launched in one ear, and to Is there Life On Mars? 204,624 times in his other ear. It has achieved a fuel economy of 6,065.4 miles per gallon (2,578.7 km/litre, 0.03878 liters/100 km), assuming 126,000 gallons of fuel.

So technically Tesla probably also has a road vehicle which has travelled further than any other in our history?
