Truecaller is one of the most popular in South Africa for both iOS and Android and I've recently even upped to the paid version although the free version works perfectly well. It does a good job of not only calls but also text messages which keeps my life clear and quiet. For all the remaining calls I get, I get to see who is calling before I answer.
