How to Enable Picture-in-Picture in desktop Google Chrome for YouTube
This is a newer feature coming to Chrome so may not work on older versions (I got it to work on my slightly below version Chrome Beta but Vivaldi is only opening a black window with no video). So your mileage may vary with this feature until it goes more mainstream but I it is certainly a feature I'll be using a lot.
