DirectChat for Android (ChatHeads for All) - Manage all your chat services from one app
I'd never heard of this interesting app until today when it became known that WhatsApp had sent a cease and desist letter to this app owner for allowing use of WhatsApp through native Android functionality (a very flimsy claim - more details on this at https://www.xda-developers.com/whatsapp-sends-cease-desist-apps-native-android-api/). This app at least tries to help you integrate an extremely siloed online chat world. For that reason alone many may want to support them by using their app!
DirectChat allows you to create ChatHeads for any app or messenger. It manages all your conversation in one place to help you to have a convenient conversation without interrupting your current task such that you can read and reply to all messages without ever coming online. It comes with more than 20 messengers support by default. It is also suitable if you want all your notifications to appear in ChatHeads. You can also customize the chat appearance to suit your needs with different colors and transparency.
