You'd think it is easiest to just have your parcels delivered directly to your home or work.... but what if you have just popped down to the shops, or your client meetings change days, or you have no idea where you will be a week later on a Tuesday?
A 2014 SA E-Commerce Report showed that 80% of South Africans would prefer to collect a parcel at a nearby shop!
How you'd use it is by shopping at one of your online retail stores eg like Leisure Books, who will offer you the Pargo service as a delivery option on their checkout page or via email/SMS. Pargo has a trace and trace system that wil show the movement of your parcel online and notify you when it is at the parcel point ready for collection.
Pargo will let you select any nearby South Africa store where you can go collect your parcel at your convenience. Possible stores include branches of Clicks, Waltons, OK Mini Mart, Timber City, Caltex, Lewis, and many more stores right across South Africa.
