Train Sim World CSX Heavy Haul - Probably the most detailed train sim currently available
I've watched this "first look" video a few times and am still amazed at the level of detail included - from all the working knobs and fuse boxes in the cab, to the flexing of hoses between the cars, the turning of the axles and wheels, walking around the train and even along the track, etc.
Although Squirrel has a later review video, I still like this first look one the most in terms of all the details he looks at.
Be warned though it runs on Windows only and wants DX11 video drivers and my VM only handles DX9.
