Via +Simon Phipps: We decided at The Document Foundation not to try to offer a public deployment of LibreOffice Online, as it would be a massive undertaking and we've no way of funding it reliably. So I am delighted to see Kolab Systems AG are now offering LibreOffice Online, maintained by Collabora Office, as part of their Kolab Now offering.
If you love the convenience of G Suite but wish it was built as open source software and hosted without the privacy concerns of Google's business model or the data safeguarding concerns of US ownership, this is a solution you should definitely consider. If you're already plummeting headlong into the proprietary grip of Microsoft's offering, this is the alternative you have been waiting for as well.
