Italian Court rules in “landmark case” – Cellphone caused brain tumour Science and (civil) law don't set out to "prove" cases in the same manner so this is likely not the end of this issue. I'd be surprised if the handset manufacturers took this lying down as it could open them up to massive liability suits. These cases though are much like tobacco, pharma drugs, oil, etc where big money comes into play and the "truth" of the matter is rather lost. See http://ift.tt/2orgvWX
