Problems with the SA Post Office – here’s who you can contact Must say I've had good help recently from the international parcels people once, eventually, the parcel is on the system). But good news for South Africans struggling to communicate with the SA Post Office as there are brand new e-mail addresses here. I'm serious too when I say we should give credit where credit is due, and they do have a compliments e-mail address too. There is no complaints address (maybe they are thinking very positively, or else all the other addresses are for complaints?).
