Internet far more popular than TV and Radio in South Africa

Internet far more popular than TV and Radio in South Africa The November 2016 report from Effective Measure shows that South Africans with access to broadband spend more time on the Internet than watching TV or listening to the radio. According to the statistics, 21% of people spend more than five hours per day on the Internet, much higher than radio (13%) and TV (12%). People also spend significantly less time reading printed newspapers and magazines than they do on the Internet. I used to listen to the radio in the car but now I listen to podcasts. The only radio I still listen to is in the shower and while shaving. See http://ift.tt/2hm7Sxd
