Google Pixel pre-registrations in South Africa Cellucity has opened pre-registrations for Google’s new Pixel range of smartphones. The mobile retailer estimates that the 32GB Pixel will cost around R9,999. Cellucity said this is a rough estimate only. Pre-orders for the Pixel opened in the US yesterday at $649 from Google’s online store. Never "cheap" in SA but I must say I have not looked back at all with getting the previous Nexus 6P. I love the clean Google feel to the software and the monthly security updates.
