Samsung missed the memo: Gear-type smartwatches aren't the future of wearables There is a point here.... right now is it not better to have an analogue watch with some smart assistance, and a one or 6 month battery life? I've been holding off moving to full Android Wear watches mainly because a one day battery life for a watch is just not workable for me. In fact I disabled my Fitbit Charge HR's heart rate monitor too so that I could go back to a weekly charge. See http://ift.tt/2caUI1n
