How To Make RJ45 Network Patch Cables - Cat 5E and Cat 6

How To Make RJ45 Network Patch Cables - Cat 5E and Cat 6 This has been on my todo list for a longish time. Although I have done my own house wiring type cabling, coaxial cabling, etc I have had a mental block on doing standard Ethernet (Cat 5e or 6) cabling. I've always gone and bought a length of cable, and keep spare patch cables in a drawer, for when the connectors break (they always do). So I watched the video below.... and it is really easy. Yes you do need a crimping tool, but apart from that, the job is quite quick and easy. I'm looking forward to now replacing all my broken plug connectors and trimming my cables to the correct length myself. Watch the video at https://youtu.be/lullzS740wI http://bit.ly/2dzORFw
