FlightRadar24 and FlightAware - Live Aircraft Tracking Both these services show live flight tracking from a web browser as well as various mobile apps. FlightRadar24 has some great new beta features like a live 3D from outside as well as the cockpit view. FlightAware has a MiseryMap for the USA showing delays and cancellations for airports, and also has more technical detail and an API that can be used applications.
